Kerala Chips - super tasty
Whenever my friend goes to Kerala,i take his promise, that he brings a few packets of Kerala chips for me.Believe me,if you commence eating it,we will never stop. They are so fresh and tasty. It has a slight saltiness and shimmer like gold.It is a food item, usually had during Sadya(the traditional, full meal, that is had during weddings and religious festivity like Onam).
They are made from raw banana and has many variants, like spicy and sweet coated. They are best used as munchies.I believe,it has health benefits too, like fiber and potassium. And it is exported in large quantities all over the world and it is available even in smallest of the shops, and ofcourse the quality may vary.
